Three experienced financial technology executives – Raman Muralidharan, Anand Cavale and Arun Tripathi – are joining Guaranteed Rate as part of an effort to significantly expand the company’s financial product offerings.

Aiming to become the No. 1 fintech company in the country, President and CEO Victor Ciardelli outlined the new mission in a press release. “Our company has long been the digital leader in mortgages, and we are uniquely positioned to use our incredible technology platform to deliver impressive new end-to-end digital solutions that will make life easier and better for our customers,” a- he declared.

These solutions will focus on creating new digital products to deepen customer relationships as well as optimizing user experiences for speed and flexibility.

As President of New Financial Products, Muralidharan will lead these initiatives, reporting directly to Ciardelli. “Rate Guaranteed has a tremendous opportunity for growth by offering additional products and services that meet the needs of our customers,” Muralidharan said of the potential for fintech. Prior to joining the company, he served as Executive Vice President of Lending at HSBC, USA, where he helped grow and digitize their mortgage business.

Cavale and Tripathi report to Muralidharan, as Executive Vice President and Head of Unsecured Lending Products and Head of New Secured Lending Products, respectively.

Previously, Cavale worked at Citi as Managing Director of Consumer Banking at Citi and at SoFi as Head of Consumer Lending. At the guaranteed rate, it will be responsible for facilitating consumer borrowing and spending.

And like Muralidharan, Tripathi most recently worked at HSBC in the US, where he was responsible for mortgage products, pricing and capital markets. At a guaranteed rate, it will grow businesses that offer new guaranteed loan products to customers.

Reflecting on the new additions in the press release, Chief Product and Technology Officer Ramesh Sarukkai said, “Our goal is nothing less than to be the best fintech in the country… And I absolutely believe that we have the technical team to make it happen.
