A Dutch furniture company has announced its intention to acquire a manufacturer of acoustic pod solutions based in Poland.
Haworth, based in the Netherlands, announced on Tuesday (December 21st) that it had signed an agreement to acquire Mikomax Smart Office, based in Poland, in Lodz, a family-owned manufacturer of acoustic modules for telephone conversations, videoconferencing, office work. concentration and meetings.
The acquisition is expected to be finalized in the second quarter of 2022, subject to the satisfaction of regulatory authorities.
Mikomax’s signature brand, Hushoffice, consists of 10 product lines and is currently present in 50 countries around the world. The company was founded in 1991.
