The 40th Annual General Meeting of Odu’a Investment Company Limited (OICL) will be held on Wednesday 22 June 2022 at Osun Hall at the Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.

According to a statement signed by the head of brand and communications, Victor Ayetoro, the company during the meeting will present the audited financial accounts for the year 2021 and propose the declaration of dividend to its State shareholders.

The meeting will also provide an opportunity to take stock of the progress made in repositioning the company as a world-class conglomerate while being an effective engine of growth for the South West region.

The six South West shareholder states will be represented at the meeting by the Secretary for State Governments (SSG) of Oyo, Ondo, Ogun; Osun; Ekiti and Lagos while the meeting will be chaired by Dr. Segun Aina, OFR, Chairman of the Board of Odu’a Investment Company Limited.
